Boeing’s mission statement is “people working together as a global enterprise for aerospace industry leadership”当管理层全然以逐利为目的时,曾经最引以为傲的safety早已驱之脑后,就像空洞的广告标语。

最后关于企业文化转变:合并之前的Boeing以安全著称,员工严谨的工作态度,团队凝聚力认同感强,与管理层协调一致。与麦道公司合并后:centralization 的管理模式,管理层以利润投资回报率为纲,削减人工,以最小的成本换取最大收入为目标,忽视生产部门对于安全性能的考量,“It’s the corporate culture that they had built up,It was there greed.”他们的行为正在一点点消耗最初的信任,并以“隐瞒事实”作为公司的企业文化,逐渐显露资本的贪婪本性。较于之前不禁让人唏嘘。
