鬼使神差在半夜十二点打开豆瓣然后说看个电影吧，然后就看到了这部，本来要看一个小时就睡觉，结果一口气看完了，看的热血沸腾三点还没睡着。

我真的无法想象这种超级马拉松是人类能实现的，而且还是60+的女性。之前看皮艇比赛，知道有100+miles的皮艇比赛已经很震惊了，但跟在海里游泳比好像也不难了。

说起来有趣的是马拉松尤其是超级马拉松项目上年龄并不一定是优势，就像Nyad说的，28岁的她mind is not ready,忍受痛苦的能力大概真是跟年龄成正比。这时候就会觉得人生是马拉松的说法有那么些道理。

看完去搜了一些报道，其实Nyad也有一些争议的部分，虽然电影并没提到这些，但也可以想象能完成这种挑战的人身体里必然有一些狂热、固执的部分，但能成就她的也正是这些部分。

两个主演的还原度实在太高，合照都要傻傻分不清楚，甚至连讲话语气都模仿的很像，真的牛。

最后去翻了一下激励Nyad的Mary Oliver的诗，写挺好，就是看完汗流浃背了哈哈哈哈

I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down

into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,

how to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields,

which is what I have been doing all day.

Doesn't everything die at last, and too soon?
