In my word, Iron Man is a epoch-making movie. It begins the Marvel Cinematic Universe,which is also called MCU. But in plot ,I have to acknowledge that it didn't come out of the pattern of the hero movies before it. The plot proceeding walks the chalk, it perfectly reappears the classical frames in former animations and comics. Robert Downey Jr. also shows his flawless acting skill of acting as a genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, he praised himself in The Avengers. And for MCU , the movie gives people a bran-new idea that movies can be linked with each other to make a unique universe, which is also used for reference by DC movie. And the impromptu actor's lines of I Am Iron Man will be written into the annals of history,I think.
