很有感触的quote/moments:
1. Nora参加写作课的时候有一段词是:it cost me something to be here and some crossings cost more than other crossings.
2. Arthur和Nora pillow talk的时候告诉她,you dream in Korean. 尽管十岁就移民了,但Nora sleep talk全部都是韩语,this is a part of her that Arthur could never possiblly reach.
This is not like you both need some space as a couple, it like theres a part of me that you would never understand. its not space, its more like a barrier.
3. Everytime when you leave behind something, you also gain something. 很多immigrant的一生就是在constantly leave something behind,朋友,亲情,所有的所有都是不确定的,暂时的,可以被放弃的,可是这样的放弃到底是为了什么,where are we aiming at?
