Aidan，回来了，又离开了。一切好像完美了，似乎又失落了。Carrie，一个生活中感性的歇斯底里，写作中理性的淋漓尽致的女人，需要一个Aidan，但是却留不住，那一个Aidan。我思忖着，多少爱情故事中有着这样一个配角Aidan，他们是那么的近乎完美，使命式的出现，悲情式的离开，在生命中淡入，又淡出，最后却成了回忆时的一抹微笑，擦不去，也抹不掉。难道一切，就是一场成全，一场似乎已经既定的，宿命。曾经一个朋友说，在遇到the one之前的每一个和你在一起的人，都是因为上辈子欠了你。他们的出现，是让你好好珍惜，真正的某一天，某一个人，敲响你浅窗的那一刹那。所以，当他们离去的时候，不要伤心，亦不要悲观的认为没有明天。前路终会有一个更好的等着你，只要你更好的走下去。有点邪门，你信么？

Aidan, words fail me when you shouts out, “you broke my heart,” the moment Carrie wants you to be back with her. I admire your courage to forgive and re-accept this emotional and complicated woman. Maybe you are fated to be a passer-by of Carrie, who only stays with her for a relatively longer period of time than most of her exes do, but I believe your appearance and re-appearance must mean something to her and to the story. Your significance is not only because of those unforgettable periods of time you two being together, but also because of the lesson you teach her and the lesson you learn. If I was the judge, I would say: leaving her is a right choice although it’s really a painful decision.
Back to our leading roles—Carrie and Big, the ironic thing is that they seem totally different, but in fact, they are the same. I wonder what Carrie feels about Aidan may be not far from what Big feels about her. On one hand, Carrie desires the commitment of Big to obtain a sense of security in her relationship with him, while on the other hand, she cannot hide her fears of giving her commitment when the same situation but different “hero” are given. I’d say it is nothing more than a transposition. I’d say after this transposition, Carrie, in a perfectly-expected sense, should know the best solution to Big and her. I’d say I hope there would be a sweet ending whatever will happen in the next two seasons. I do not care about whether the prince and the princess in the story are being together and live happily afterwards or not, if only it proves true love. After all, it is merely a story, isn’t it?
