This special edition of the motoring show sees Jeremy, Richard and James drive across Burma in three suspect lorries, on a mission to build a bridge over the River Kwai.In the first of two-part special, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May are on a mission to build a bridge over the River Kwai in Thailand. In order to do so, they must first drive across a country that has been largely closed to Westerners for over 40 years: Burma. What follows is an epic journey of beautiful scenery, regular adversity, ongoing malfunction, and constant bickering between the three hosts.
