Plot Summary:The sudden approach of a giant meteorite on earth gives even Tintin nightmares. Luckily it land in the Arctic Sea, and Tintin is appointed sole press delegate aboard Haddock's ship Aurora with the international expedition. As spectography shows it contains a possibly priceless, unknown metal, criminals mount a rival expedition and decide to trick or even sink the Aurora.
