Plot Summary:Eleanor Mondale plays 'Greta,' an uptight career executive without a life, but with a secret past suddenly resurfacing through unexpected encounters with a Somali woman 'Sahra,' who cleans the offices. The personal sacrifices the two women have made allow them to understand each other despite their contrasting backgrounds; but was their connection genuine and substantial? Or just a mirage of mutual self-deception? Mirage tells the story of career-driven woman, Greta (Eleanor Mondale) whose work life has desensitized her to all human connection; that is until one night Sahra, a Somali immigrant who cleans the offices, confronts Greta about her persistent rudeness and in turn permanently punctures her insular world of self-importance.
