Plot Summary:In the winter of 1986, John F. Lin, chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, visited China and received a precious gift from Mr. Deng Xiaoping, a stock issued in Shanghai. Fan Erlin went to the Shanghai Jingan Exchange to witness the new process of reform and opening up in China. With the deepening of financial reform, Shanghai Pudong has ushered in a new development opportunity as the leader of the Yangtze River Basin development. And several young financial talents such as Zhao Haiying, Xie Tianyang and Chen Menglei caught up with the wheel of the times and began their inspirational struggle. In the financial wave, international student Xie Tianyang teamed up with international financial tycoon, Chard, to become Zhao Haiying's biggest rival. He created a major crisis in Shanghai's emerging financial market, and Zhao Haiying was involved in major financial fraud projects. Several young people have also withstood the arduous test of outlook on life, values and emotions in the financial wave. With the vigorous development of China's reform cause, Shanghai Pudong Development has entered a new era, Zhao Haiying and others have not forgotten their original intentions and have grown into successful practitioners in China's financial market.
