Encounter between russian film master Aleksandr Sokurov and italian film critic enrico ghezzi at the Galleria Regionale dell'Umbria in 2006. Sokurov wanders around, focusing on the works exhibited and answering the questions raised by ghezzi and the other visitors. The title recalls the omonimous book by theologian and philosopher Pavel Florensky.
