1994年電資館（現國家電影中心）舉辦「《劇場》與我」座談會，黃華成帶著《實驗002》8mm膠卷，模仿1967年首次發表時，以六塊銀幕，搖晃投影並在現場加入喘息聲的方式進行放映。此片為當時座談會側拍節錄。1996年黃華成病逝台北，其早期電影作品皆佚失。
